Browsing and technical data

The site has no accounts, checkout, analytics, advertising trackers or automated decision-making. Fonts and images are served from this website. When the site is requested, Vercel processes technical data needed to deliver and protect it, which can include your IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information and security events.

We use this technical data for the legitimate interests of operating, securing and troubleshooting the website. Access and security logs are retained according to the hosting provider’s operational and security schedules, then deleted or anonymised.

Enquiries and orders

If you use the enquiry form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. Vercel hosts the form endpoint, Resend delivers the message and acknowledgement, and Google Workspace handles correspondence received by the workshop. We use this information to answer your request and, where relevant, take steps at your request before entering into a contract, administer an order, meet legal obligations and keep necessary business records.

Routine enquiries are kept only while they are active and are reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Information connected with an order, complaint, payment or legal obligation may be retained for the applicable statutory period. We may keep limited records longer when reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Send only information needed for your enquiry. Do not send payment-card details or medical records. For dietary needs, describe what product information you require without sharing unnecessary health information.

Recipients and international transfers

Personal data is available only to the team members and service providers who need it for the purposes above. Our current website and email providers are Vercel, Resend and Google Workspace. These providers may process data outside Cyprus or the European Economic Area under their applicable data-protection terms and safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

When you follow a link to Google Maps or another external website, that service receives data directly from your browser under its own privacy terms.

Google Maps

The contact section contains an embedded Google Map. When the map loads, your browser connects directly to Google, which receives technical information including your IP address and browser details and may set or read cookies under Google’s privacy policy. You can block third-party cookies or external content through your browser settings, or use the written address instead.

This website does not use Google Maps data for analytics or advertising and does not receive information about Google’s cookies. No analytics or advertising cookies are placed by Il Vecchio Mulino.

Your rights

Subject to the circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data; restrict or object to processing; and request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
